Read and Review Submittal Checklist
Before starting your application, you are required to read and agree to the Submittal Checklist. Once submitted, you will be automatically redirected to the Building Permit Application Form - Part A.

If you submitted a Submittal Checklist but did not complete and submit a Building Permit Application Form - Part A, then use the Submission Id sent in the Submittal Checklist email to start your Part A form.

After application submission and review
After submitting your application use one of the options below to request your permit be issued or to modify the scope of work of a submitted application.
- Request for Permit Issuance Form - Part B Submit Part B after your electronic plans have been reviewed and approved and you have been notified that your permit is ready to be issued.
- Design Change Submittal Form Submit a Design Change form to make changes to the scope of work of an already submitted application.
